TIPS: Hickory hardwoods burn hotter than Charcoal, please use with CAUTION! Hic Sticks DO NOT need soaking before using. Soaking Hic Sticks can delay the release of flavor and cool the fire, which adds time to the cooking process.
INSTRUCTIONS
Hic Sticks can be used with Charcoal or as a standalone fuel source. Use as preferred. Use with CAUTION! Burns very HOT!

Place Sticks
Load Hic Sticks into your Grill or Meat Smoker. Mix with Charcoal if preferred, but not necessary for use.

Start Fire
Utilize a chimney or solid fire starter, light the Hic Sticks as needed until the charcoal and sticks are lit on fire and produce ash.

Grill Away!
Add Hic Sticks as needed to continue your grilling process. Hickory burns extremely hot, so make sure to monitor closely!
